From the beginning of this journey, this campaign has been about you. Because of you, we ran an extraordinary campaign, and together, we brought the issues important to us to the forefront of the minds of all voters in the 24th district. Constituent service, job creation, improving our education system and the need to protect and stabilize our Social Security and Medicare systems are issues we need to address to keep this country strong. You deserve representation on these important issues and I will continue to fight with you to heal our broken government and to make our district's voice heard.
We may not have received the outcome we wanted but I am proud of the campaign we've run, and you should be too.
